Sterling Pointe Community - Cornelius, North Carolina

Sterling Pointe is located between Blythe Landing public boat dock and Lake Norman Island. There are 69 homes in Sterling Pointe, two community boat docks, a children's play area and a basketball court. Every home in Sterling Pointe is assigned a boat slip on one of the two community boat docks. Additionally, homeowners can sign up for personal watercraft slips for a nominal cost.

There are a number of features that make Sterling Pointe a very desirable place to live.

•  Sterling Pointe is on beautiful Lake Norman and only 15 miles from Uptown Charlotte
•  There is only one entrance to Sterling Pointe minimizing any through traffic
•  Association dues are very low compared to similar communities ($872 per year)
•  We have two high quality and well-maintained community boat docks and gazebos
•  We are conveniently located close to Birkdale Shopping Center and public golf course
•  We are close to several supermarkets, movie theaters and home improvement stores
